Privacy Policy

This policy covers fynixconsulting.com, run by Fynix Consulting, LLC ("Fynix", "we", "us"). It describes what the site actually collects, which is not much.
What we collect
When you unlock a resource. Some resources on the Resources page ask for your first name, last name, job title and email address before they open. We store those four details, along with which resource you unlocked, as a contact on our mailing list with our email provider, Brevo.
In your browser. The same four details are saved in your browser's local storage so that one form unlocks every resource. That copy stays on your device, is never sent anywhere else, and is discarded after 18 hours. Deleting your data (see below) also removes it.
When you visit. Like any website, our host processes technical information needed to serve and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
What we do not use. This site has no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, and sets no cookies. Its fonts and video are served from our own host, not a third party.
Booking a call. "Book a call" links take you to Calendly, which collects what you enter there under its own privacy policy. Calendly shares your booking details with us so we can meet with you.
How we use it
- To send you occasional updates from Fynix, which you can stop at any time.
- To understand which resources are useful, and to whom.
- To prepare for and follow up on calls you book with us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.

These providers may process data in countries other than your own.
How long we keep it
We keep your mailing-list details until you delete them. If you unsubscribe instead, Brevo keeps your address on a do-not-email list so that you are not emailed again. Deleting removes everything we hold, including that do-not-email record, so a deleted address is treated as new if it is ever added again. If you only want the emails to stop, unsubscribe rather than delete.
Your choices
- Delete your data yourself. Enter your email address on the Delete my data page and we remove your contact from Brevo immediately.
- Unsubscribe. Every email we send through Brevo has an unsubscribe link.
- See or correct your data. What we hold is exactly what you typed into the form, plus the name of the resource you unlocked. Filling in the form again does not change it: we record your details once, when your contact is first created, and never overwrite them afterwards, so that nobody else can alter them by entering your address. To correct something, delete your data on the Delete my data page and unlock a resource again, or book a call and ask.
- Anything else. If you have booked a call, reply to any email from us. Otherwise, book a call and tell us what you need.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights over your personal information. We will honor them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and the key that writes to our mailing list stays on the server, never in your browser. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.
Children
This site is meant for business professionals. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
