These terms govern your use of fynixconsulting.com (the "site"), run by Fynix Consulting, LLC ("Fynix", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not try to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with how it runs, or submit information that is false or belongs to someone else.
Information only
Articles, resources and other content on the site are general information. They are not legal, financial, employment or other professional advice, and they do not create a client relationship. Any engagement with Fynix is governed by a separate written agreement.
Resources
The templates, checklists and other files on the Resources page are free to download and use within your own organization, and to adapt to your needs. Do not sell them, or republish or redistribute them as your own, without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and files, belong to Fynix or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Except as these terms allow, you may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Information you give us
When you fill in a form on the site, you agree that the information is accurate and that we may use it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party sites
The site links to sites we do not control, including Calendly for booking calls. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and you use them under their own terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fynix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site or its content, even if we were told such damages were possible.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
